Jonathan is a music teacher specializing in piano, guitar, and drums, with over 20 years of experience as a performing musician. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts with an emphasis in Jazz Piano from the University of Colorado.

Jonathan is passionate about sharing the joy of music with students of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your skills in jazz and pop, he creates a welcoming and encouraging environment where learning feels fun and rewarding. His lessons focus on improvisation, music theory, and playing by ear, encouraging students to be creative while building confidence.

As a seasoned performer playing regularly in a premier wedding band, worship band, and as a solo pianist, Jonathan brings real-world experience and passion to teaching. He believes that music lessons should be personalized, helping each student set meaningful goals and play the songs they love.
